规则说明
AscendEX 采用阶梯费率制度，根据以下数据确定：
过去30天交易量（折合USDT）
过去30天ASD平均持仓量
子账号的交易量及ASD持仓量将计入主账号；于每日 UTC 0点 进行快照；
• 每日UTC 0点，计算用户过去30天交易量（折合USDT），取每个交易币种当日对应USDT的日平均价格计算交易量；
• 每日UTC 0点，计算用户过去30天ASD平均持仓量（不包含理财部分），按持有时间计算平均值；
• 主账号的用户等级基于所有子母账号的过去30天总交易量及ASD平均持仓量确定。子账号在账户创建后，继承主账户费率等级。
• 大币种包括：BTC、ETH、XRP、USDT、BCH、LTC、EOS、BNB、BSV、XLM、ADA、TRX、LINK、HT、OKB、ATOM、DASH、ETC、NEO、XEM、DOGE、ZEC、ALGO、DOT、FIL、UNI、FTT；
• 其他币种：除去大币种和特殊币种之外的所有币种。
Terms & Conditions
AscendEX implements a new tiered VIP transaction fee & rebate structure for both traders and ASD holders within the AscendEX ecosystem. VIP tiers have discounts set against base trading fees and are based off:
(i) trailing 30-day trade volume across both asset classes (in USDT)
(ii) trailing 30-day average unlock ASD holdings
AscendEX will take snapshots of trade volume and unlocked ASD holdings in users’ sub-accounts every day at UTC 0:00 and combine them into each parent account.
• User’s trailing 30-day trade volume (in USDT) will be calculated every day at UTC 0:00 based on the daily average price of each trading pair in USDT.
• User’s trailing 30-day average unlock ASD holdings (excluding ASD Investment under BitTreasure) will be calculated every day at UTC 0:00 based on the user’s average holding period.
• Each parent account’s VIP level is determined by the trailing 30-day trade volume and the trailing 30-day average unlocked ASD holdings of the parent account and sub-accounts. VIP fee requirements for the existing sub-accounts will follow that of each parent account.
• Large Market Cap Assets: BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT, BCH, LTC, EOS, BNB, BSV, XLM, ADA, TRX, LINK, HT, OKB, ATOM, DASH, ETC, NEO, XEM, DOGE, ZEC, ALGO, DOT, FIL, UNI, FTT.
• Other cryptos: Assets excluding large market cap assets and special assets

· 币币交易与杠杆交易的费率相同且共享等级条件；
· 永续合约交易的费率和等级条件独立计算；
· UAT/USDT交易对的手续费率按0.2%计算；
· ASDP/USDT交易对的手续费率按1%计算。
· 特殊币种交易对的手续费按照0.4%计算：
